Terms of service

This site describes the Relay program for brands and stores. Submitting a form expresses interest and does not create a binding agreement. Program participation, pricing, and payments are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

The guaranteed annual payment described for stores applies to participating stores that meet program requirements under a signed Relay agreement. Full terms are provided at sign-up.
